To secure your place, please complete our request form, ensuring all required details and any special requests are included.

As we operate with a small, dedicated team, we book destinations in scheduled blocks by city and country.

All reviews are conducted discreetly, without prior notice, at some point during the calendar year.

Hotels
A 50% deposit of our service fee is required to secure your booking, along with the following expenses:

​

• Two nights' stay in your selected room category (including breakfast, if charged separately)

• Dinner for two guests for two nights

• Any additional services you wish us to review, such as spa treatments, tours, or other on-site experiences

The remaining 50% of the fee is due upon delivery of your final report.

Restaurants & Spas
For standalone reviews, 100% of our service fee plus expenses is required prior to the visit.
